DISCIPLINE POLICY

Discipline is handled in a patient, fair and verbal manner. Corporal punishment is never used at any time. I try to reinforce behavior rules by talking to the child when they are in receptive moods as is appropriate for his/her age. In the case of very small children, distraction and redirection will be used. At all times I administer positive reinforcement verbally for good behavior such as playing fairly with other children, sharing, and helping with clean-up.
