PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment is due on Monday at the beginning of the daycare week (or whatever day your contracted daycare week begins). There is a $5.00 penalty fee for every day payment is late. You will be charged and expected to pay the number of hours originally agreed upon (known as the base salary). Whether you bring your child for the whole number of hours/days or not. Once you sign up for the space at the daycare, this is your space for your child and you are responsible to pay for this space. Regardless if there is a holiday, sick day, or vacation day in the week. Part-timers will pay for the number of hours that we agree upon as a base salary in the contract, whether your child is here all those hours or not. If you take a day off, or a holiday or sick day falls during your scheduled hours, you are still responsible to pay the total amount agreed upon.
If you wish to change your contract to add/subtract hours or days, this must be discussed and approved by me in advance at least two weeks before the requested change date if possible. If you should need additional daycare beyond your contracted hours/days, please discuss your needs with me as soon as possible to ensure no scheduling problems. Any addtional daycare hours over and above your contracted hours will be at an hourly rate. If you schedule additional daycare and choose to cancel without notice or show up later than the scheduled daycare, you will be responsible for the full charges for the full time requested by you for daycare.
If you choose to terminate the contract, a two-week paid notice is required. If I choose to terminate your contract, I will give you a two-week notice, which you will be required to pay for. Whether you keep your child here for the two weeks or not. If possible, I will work with you to find replacement daycare. There is a two-week trial period at the beginning of the daycare arrangement that will void the contract should you or I decide that this daycare setting is not a good match for your child. |
