ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

My operating hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Because of the varied drop-off and pick-up times of the children, it is imperative that I know who will be in attendance. If your child will be absent, the parent must call me at the earliest time possible. If you need a planned, early drop-off or late pick-up you need to call me as soon as possible to see if your request will fit into the daycare schedule. I realize that emergencies/situations can occur that somtimes are beyond your control and I am willing to work with you at these times. However, if you anticipate delays on a regular basis due to traffic, etc. it is recommeneded that you adjust your contracted hours to include the time needed to arrive at your child's contracted time of departure. Consistent lateness is hard on the child waiting to be picked up and may also interfere with the schedule/time I spend with my family. There is a $5.00 late fee for every 5 minutes you are late picking up your child past 5:00 pm.You will need to call and let me know if someone else is going to pick up your child or I will not be able to release your child to that person. Anyone picking up your child that I have not met will be asked to show some form of picture identification. I ask that you be considerate of my time and the impact that unplanned early arrivals and chronic tardiness has on my schedule and my family's schedule.
